The first panel focuses on the priorities of our non-food sector, where the minister will engage in discussion with two experienced CEOs:

• Carla Velghe, CEO of HEMA Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria.

The second panel discussion brings together the CEOs of the two largest supermarket chains in our country, who will debate with the minister together for the first time:

• Alexandros Boussis, CEO of Delhaize
• Stefan Goethaert, CEO of Colruyt Group

We will discuss the major challenges facing the retail sector today: from fiscal pressure to the need for a level playing field, from cross-border shopping to Sunday work. But we will also look ahead - at what our sector has to offer, at our important societal role, and at the opportunities that lie ahead.
